当院では、基本的に日本語での対応をお願いしております。英語を話せる医師もおりますが、診療は医師だけでなくスタッフとのコミュニケーションも必要ですので、患者様ご本人が日本語でお話しいただけることが重要です。
At our clinic, we kindly request that all communication could be conducted in Japanese.While we do have English-speaking doctors, effective consultation requires communication with our staff as well, so it is important that patients can speak Japanese.
翻訳アプリや通訳者を利用される場合でも、情報の伝達が不正確になり、事故につながる恐れがあります。受付後でも、日本語で十分な問診が難しいと判断された場合、診察をお断りさせていただくことがございます。何卒ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
Even when using translation apps or interpreters, there is a risk of inaccurate information being conveyed, which could lead to accidents. If, after registration, we determine that adequate communication is difficult, we may have to refuse the consultation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
